This department focuses on consistently improving the customer service environment and experience. Special attention is given to improving processes that impact staff efficiency and customer satisfaction.
This department is also responsible for driving the sales functions directly through the timely and accurate meter reading, billing, cash collection and receivables management.
The department also utilises its resources in ensuring all paying accounts receive value for money in terms of the quality of both the water supplied and the service provided.
